OB55 Advance Server: expected dates and how to get an activation code

With OB54 live since 24 June (new character Ray + the 9th Anniversary event), all eyes are now on OB55. Garena’s OB cycle runs roughly 60 days, which puts the expected OB55 release around 2 September 2026 — and the Advance Server typically opens 3–4 weeks before that, meaning early August.

What Is the Advance Server?

The Advance Server is a separate test app where you can try upcoming OB features before release. Reporting bugs there can even earn you diamonds. But entry requires an Activation Code, and codes are limited.

How to Register (Android Only)

Open the official Advance Server site — ff-advance.ff.garena.com (this is the only official source);
Log in with the Facebook or Google account linked to your game;
Submit the form — register as early as possible, since activation codes are limited;
If selected, your Activation Code appears on the site. Download the APK from there and enter the code.

Things to Keep in Mind

Download the Advance Server APK only from the official site — the “OB55 Advance APKs” floating around Telegram and YouTube are fake and often malware;
Advance Server progress does not transfer to the main game;
There is no Advance Server for iOS.
